Document Condition
Take clear, high-resolution photos of the plant, the packaging, and the shipping label within 48 hours of delivery to serve as proof for your claim.
Submit a Claim
Email our support team with your order number and the attached photos to initiate a review of your damaged or incorrect items.
Receive Resolution
Once approved, we will issue a replacement shipment of the same variety or provide store credit if the specific plant is currently out of stock.
